Deposits & Pre-paid Rallies and Events

Some of our rallies and events are prepaid or require a deposit at the time of booking to confirm your place.

If you have booked onto a rally or event which requires pre-payment or a deposit this will be noted within the rally information and also within your booking confirmation email. Within the booking confirmation email you will be issued with a unique payment reference which should be used for all associated payments (failure to include the correct payment reference may result in a delay of allocation of funds). Places will only be allocated once the deposit has been received, and therefore any delay caused by the reference number being omitted or incorrectly completed could result in your space being re-allocated. In the case of limited numbers this may result in your booking being unsuccessful.

When sending payment you should follow the process below:

 1) Electronic payments can be made by BACs or FASTER Payment using the following details:

Sort code :   40-16-26

Account Number:   41442074

2) You must clearly identify the UNIQUE payment reference assigned to your booking, this can be found in the confirmation email and will adopt the following format:

eg:    2034/SMITH
