Hi, friends & fellow ralliers. I hope you are all well, and happy to be back on a rally field. You may have seen our recent announcement on the website regarding committee roles, post Octobers AGM. Please see below of the positions we are seeking to fill, and a brief job desciption.
Vice Chairman Helps Chairman in the running of the centre, deputises in Chairmans absence, and any other duties.
Centre Secretary Arranges committee meetings, circulates agendas & minutes,answers any correspondence,helps with production of (E) rally book.
Rally Secretary Contacts landowners/sites to book venues,produces marshalls info pack, sends program details to H.Q, approves other centres requests to rally in Leicestershire.
Webmaster We are happy to continue with present website, so need someone to update it with latest news, venues etc.
Committee members Various roles available.
No experience required, full training & support given. Why not get even more out of this great hobby by giving up a little bit of time each month by helping to run the centre. Job shares also considered. You are also welcome to shadow a post holder this year to see if it for you.
We have a nucleus of a Committee for next year,(Chairman,Treasurer, some committee members) so it would be a real shame if we could not form a complete one, and please be aware we need to have a Secretary & Rally Sec, as laid down in the C.M.C rules, if these roles aren’t filled, there will be NO centre.
